Eye Run for Haiti
October 26, 2009

On Saturday, October 31, 2009, Growing Hope for Haiti hosted its very first fundraiser, the Eye Run for Haiti!
360 runners/walkers participated in the 5K/10K, and we raised over $12,000! This money will be used to begin construction of an elementary school in the rural village of Magranbwa. The school will provide a quality education for many children who would not otherwise have the opportunity to attend school.

Growing Hope for Haiti would like to thank Regional Eyecare Associates for sponsoring the Eye Run for Haiti.

A big thank you to all who volunteered, donated, and participated in this event!
